Beanie Hat

I couldn’t keep myself from working on something this weekend. So I tried my hand at making a Beanie Hat out of The Cool Girl’s Guide To Crochet.
I didn’t have the correct yarn, I just used some remnants that were stashed in my box.
It took me most of Saturday evening and a bit of this morning to finish it primarily because I ripped it out twice while working out the pattern. And since it was the incorrect yarn it stretched a little more than I think it was supposed to and as a result was too big for me. So I enlisted my darling husband to model it for me. Wasn’t he sweet?
